Traditional ab exercises e.g. situps and crunches are hard on your back. So do you think you shouldn't do any ab exercises? Any alternatives to get 6-pack abs without crunches?
Let me share this to you:-
Step 1
Start in a pushup position.
Step 2
Brace your abs, keep your hips low and bring one knee to your chest. Feel your abs working.
Step 3
Slowly return the leg to the start position. Keep your abs braced and hips low. Alternate sides for as many reps as you can.
Please try it, your entire body will be working hard, burning calories and working your abs.
