High Fiber Food

As per my recent shared “Tips on Slimming Exercise”, I’ve received some questions relating to examples on “Fiber Food”.

Interesting …

Well, in my opinion, almost all the “non-starchy vegetables” and “low-sugar fruits” are the ones that are rich in both fiber and nutrients. Having said that, all you need to do is just look at the lists of those which are low in Carbohydrates, such as:-

Apple; Almond; Apricots; Asparagus; Avocado; Beans; Blackberries; Carrots; Celery; Cereal; Chard; Cabbage; Cauliflower; Cherries; Cucumber; Lettuce; Spinach; Strawberries; Peas; Potatoes; Tomatoes; Mushroom etc.

Hi Dr. Wayne, are star fruits considered low-sugar fruits?
